LIKE THE FLOWING RIVER
Today went back to Bendemeer Secondary Sch. First we went to drop the poly admission form into the Singapore Post where we were laughing like hell because
No.1# I dunno which branch to fill in for the interbank Giro form
No.2#We dunno how to spell Bras Basah ( which we finally figured it out with some assistance)
No.3#We dunno which letter box to throw into my letter.
Thus, we were like laughing throughout the journey to the school.
Then reach school and went to the General Office to take school magazines.
Then headed to canteen and bought some drinks in the drink stall and sat together and relish the fond memories:D
Next, Kah Kah said that she wanted to meet Suyun thus I waited in the canteen where something struck me....
There came my fellow comrades: Seng Yang, Jeanette, Shih Ning.
They are the ones who braved through many difficulties with me and shared a close bond.
But I realised that something was amiss..
Although we were chatting heartily but I felt that the feeling was no longer there.
The feeling whereby we were basically fooling around and joking as the best of friends had dissolved in the air.
Jeanette and co. kept asking where had we gone and stuff.. which makes my heart turned out to them.
It seemed like along with the time ticking away, everything hasn't change-with the school facilities and teaching staff and students..
But the only thing that had changed was the friendship we had... had turned sour...
It made me realised one thing... that is no matter how you maintained a friendship painstakingly,
it will always have an expiry date...
It is just the matter of time whether it has turned sour.
AND IT IS JUST THE CRUELTY OF LIFE......
